1. How to Place an Order?

Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in shipping details, select a payment method (see Payment Policy), and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.

4. What If My Order Is Damaged or Lost?

We are not liable for damaged/lost items during transit. Contact the carrier directly for claims and retain all packaging materials. For urgent issues, contact us via email.


5. How to Cancel or Modify an Order?

Contact us immediately via email or call (301) 312-7395 to request changes. If the order has shipped, we will attempt to intercept it.


6. What Are Your Return/Refund Policies?

Unsatisfied items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds for unshipped orders are processed in 1–5 business days; shipped items take 7–14+ days after return. See Shipping Policy for full terms.


7. How to Track My Order?

You’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipment. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
